A leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT in the Human Resource Department to join our team at the corporate headquarters. This position will take direction and be supporting the Director of Human Resources.

Description:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Schedule and arrange travel for the Director of HR
* Arrange and maintain schedule in Outlook for Director of HR
* Create ‘tickler’ files for department to maintain/meet deadlines
* Answer & screen all phone calls for the department
* Maintain, update, and file all paperwork and forms for department
* Audit files and keep all documents up to date
* Input, track, & distribute paperwork throughout company
* Coordinate, organize, and participate in employee relations activities
* Perform a variety of routine activities in the mail room
* Responsible for assisting in Human Resource projects
Requirements:
* Prefer associate degree
* 3-5 years experience as an admin in a fast paced department
* Strong computer skills specifically in MS Word, Excel, & Outlook
* Must be extremely organized & multi task oriented
