Job Summary:
2ND & 3RD SHIFT SUPERVISORS-TN

A leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking highly motivated SHIFT SUPERVISORS to join our Clarksville, TN team to work on 2nd & 3rd Shifts. Manufacturing / Shift Supervisors are held responsible for the safe and efficient operation of their department / shift. Thermoforming experience preferred.

Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for:

* directing and supervising the activities of 30+ hourly associates
* scheduling work assignments
* initiating improvement efforts
* the continued operation of equipment with minimal downtime
* the manufacture of quality products at minimal costs.

The successful applicant must be willing to work off shifts and weekends, have a minimum of five years supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and have average computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will possess a mechanical aptitude, exceptional problem solving skills, strong communication skills, and proven leadership and team building skills. Knowledge of quality management and safety practices, and experience in thermoforming is strongly desired.
